Money. Relationships. Jobs. People. All of these things come and go in our lives. Its like a roller coaster, its full of ups and downs. That's how life is. Sometimes it feels like you have it all and sometimes it seems like you got nothing.

Life is full of both. I dont think its about maximizing your ups and minimizing your downs. I think its about experiencing all the life has to offer with an open heart and joy. Maybe thats real happiness.

I dont know what happiness is for you. But I think I know whats its not: money, relationships, jobs, people, but I do know one.
